Victoria Day
Our new tradition (third year) is to go to the parade in town. Its a pretty good parade and the kids seem to love all the different vehicles and bands. Our favourite is the bagpipes.
What a beautiful day it was to have off and spend time together. It was a bit cool at the parade but it warmed up nicely!

I packed us a picnic lunch (in my new picnic basket- brand new found on kijiji!) so after the parade we headed to our favourite park in town- on the lake- for a nice picnic, some kite flying, and then a walk/bike ride on the trail.

Hey! Monday was such a great day to go out! Looks like you enjoyed the holiday too. Gotta love kites..such happy things! It's always nice to see pictures of your family, hope you are all doing well!
